Plumbing, Fixtures and Stoppages

Leaks or breaks in water, gas, drain, sewer or vent lines that located within the perimeter of the main house foundation, faucets, shower heads, shower arms, toilet bowls and tanks, wax seals, mechanisms, valves in tub & shower, diverter, angle stop and gate valve, built-in interior ground water sump pumps, circulating hot water pump, clearing of stoppages in sewer lines through accessible ground-level clean out.

Gas or electric water heaters including tankless water heaters, water tank leaks or rupture, thermostat assembly parts and components, heating elements, burner assembly and vent pipe, gas valve, drain valve, relief valve, and circulating pump (non-solar systems).

In the Texas heat, pools certainly are refreshing. We can cover those for you for an additional fee. The Elite plan includes pool coverage at no additional cost.

Important things to know about home warranty plans

Home warranties cover a lot, but they don’t cover everything. At Right Way, we try to be as transparent as possible. We would rather you know what you are getting and not get it as opposed to getting it and not knowing what you got. At anytime, you can contact us and go over the coverage and limitations that apply to home warranties.

Coverage Details

  • Do not cover access, code violations or modifications unless client has Advantage or Elite plans.
  • Do not match brand, color or exact features.
  • Only cover damage from normal wear and tear.
  • A $60 service fee is due on every service request unless it is a recall.
